It was completely empty.<\/p>\n<p>But going on the stares of intrigued onlookers drinking beer at the adjacent pool, this workout was seriously kicking my ass.<\/p>\n<p>What the hell was I doing?<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/kvidulich.turbulence.hop.clickbank.net\/?page=mrtdeal\">Workout B from TT MRT 1.0<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Today, the best way to train and turn heads at the gym (and the beach and anywhere else you go) is with total-body metabolic resistance training workouts.<\/p>\n<p>MRT stands for metabolic resistance training (which you know I\u2019m a huge fan of).<\/p>\n<p>This is when you:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; use moderately heavy resistance training<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; use supersets or circuits (minimal rest time)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; are dramatically elevating your heart rate<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; are maximizing calorie burn (switching from upper<\/p>\n<p>body to lower body exercises)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; use &#8220;insufficient recovery&#8221; between exercises (try<\/p>\n<p>going from a squat to a pull up)<\/p>\n<p>But what makes Craig\u2019s workouts so different is&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>\u2026he combines metabolic resistance training and metabolic conditioning into a wicked 4 day\/week program.<\/p>\n<p>Workout B is tough metabolic conditioning circuit that gets me every time.<\/p>\n<p>This is how it goes\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Do the following circuit up to 4 times, resting for 1 minute between circuits.\u00a0Don&#8217;t even think about resting between exercises.<\/p>\n<p>1) Kettlebell Swings &#8211; 20 reps<\/p>\n<p>2) Strap or Regular Spiderman Pushup &#8211; 10 reps per side<\/p>\n<p>3) Box Jump &#8211; 8 reps<\/p>\n<p>4) Strap or Stability Ball Jackknife &#8211; 20 reps<\/p>\n<p>5) Stability Ball Leg Curl &#8211; 20 reps<\/p>\n<p>Think that\u2019s it? You have to be kidding me.
