Old school cool.<\/p>\n<p>But being ready to do an intense, total body fat loss workout requires more than blasting Survivor, a couple of stretches and five minutes of cardio (you\u2019re really just watching TV). This old school style of warm up just isn\u2019t enough to get you firing.<\/p>\n<h1>How to Warm Up in Under 5 minutes<\/h1>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"420\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/3DnwW8ZZ-8s\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>In the video, you will discover how to do moves and why this is more effective than jumping on the treadmill to warm up.<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s a rundown of the warm up moves. Do each one in order with no rest between exercises.<\/p>\n<p>A) Jumping Jacks x 45s (or 30 reps)<\/p>\n<p>B) Walk out to T-Rotation x 45s (or 8 reps)<\/p>\n<p>C) Progressive Hip Flexor Stretch x 30s<\/p>\n<p>D) Crab Crawls x 45s (or 8 reps)<\/p>\n<p>E) Bird\/Dog x 45s (or 8 reps)<\/p>\n<p><strong>BONUS MOVES<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>F) Stick-Up x 10 reps to warm up your shoulders and upper back.<\/p>\n<p>G) Glute Bridge x 10-15 reps to get your glutes firing!<\/p>\n<p>Warming up doesn&#8217;t have to bore your brains out.
