Not just bit chilly (do you think I\u2019m a wussy Aussie?), it\u2019s so cold I now understand why bears and Canadians hibernate all Winter. The wind is brutal, my little paws and face freeze after two blocks. Good times\u2026 (insert sarcasm)<\/p>\n<p>Saying that, I would have loved to stay in and \u201cwork from home\u201d this past week, but I had a full schedule of clients who need my help. The show must go on folks!<\/p>\n<p>Anyway, outdoor workouts have been out of the question and getting to the gym is a nightmare on busy days. So training at home it is. Listen, you can still fit in an awesome fat loss workout using your bodyweight. When the weather (or your schedule) gets scary, you just need to have a back up plan.<\/p>\n<p>This is a bodyweight workout you can do at home.
