And I learned my lesson the first time \u2013 don\u2019t argue with insane runners. \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s the thing&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Runner or not, you need to build strength in your legs.\u00a0Strong legs will improve your speed, power and fat burning capacity. However&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>If you think you need to run for miles or hit the gym to do an intense leg workout, you need to try this bodyweight workout first.\u00a0Can you survive this workout?<\/p>\n<p>This time I\u2019m back with one of my best videos yet \u2013 a high intensity 4 minute leg workout.\u00a0Are you ready to press play and kick butt with me?<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/nSEbEFinpOg\" width=\"420\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>You can add this workout into your current program today. I would advise to use it at the END of your workout and go out on a bang! It\u2019s bodyweight only so you just need a small space to workout. That\u2019s right, NO equipment necessary.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Warning:<\/strong> <\/span>this crazy workout is NOT for beginners or for the faint hearted. You will see the proof \u2013 my legs turn to jelly right before your eyes. The last round was one of the longest 30 seconds ever&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s definitely going to test your limits.
