Muscle is more \u2018dense\u2019 than fat meaning that it takes up less space in your jeans. Your body weight may drop or even stay the same weight, but your shape will drastically change.<\/p>\n<p>And change is what it\u2019s all about. Who cares what the scale says if you\u2019re looking better naked and not ashamed to lift up your shirt and show off your abs.<\/p>\n<p>In fact, just yesterday my mother asked if I&#8217;d lost weight, followed by &#8220;How much do you weigh now?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>To be honest, I haven&#8217;t stepped on a scale in more than 6 months.
