There\u2019s no reason your training program should go on permanent holidays too.<\/p>\n<h1>#1 fat loss tip for travelers<\/h1>\n<p>Workout in the morning.<\/p>\n<p>The best way to start the day is to get your sweat on. You need to be strategic when you travel. Will you feel like doing a workout after lazing in the beach all day?<\/p>\n<p>I highly doubt it.<\/p>\n<p>Getting your workout done first thing will set you up for success, and increase the likelihood you&#8217;ll make healthier choices at meal times.<\/p>\n<h2>On Dodgy Hotel Gyms<\/h2>\n<p>Of course, there was the token dodgy gym at the hotel in Bermuda. But who in their right mind would workout in a tiny, stuffy space when there is a beautiful, secluded private beach just waiting for you to come and workout?<\/p>\n<p>You don&#8217;t need any fancy equipment, or air conditioning to get a fast, fat blasting workout done!<\/p>\n<p>Here\u2019s my awesome bodyweight beach workout, that you can take on a beach vacation or when travelling for work. You don\u2019t need ANY equipment, and it won\u2019t take longer than 30 minutes. Rock on!<\/p>\n<h2>Beach Bodyweight Workout<\/h2>\n<h3>Warm up<\/h3>\n<p>Do each exercise in order, with no rest between the moves. Rest for 60 seconds and repeat the circuit for 2 rounds total.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 30s jumping jacks<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 30s push ups<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 30s Y squats<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 30s plank with alternating leg raise<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>The Workout<\/h3>\n<p>Do each exercise in order, with no rest between the moves.<\/p>\n<p>Repeat for 5 rounds with 30-45 seconds rest between sets.<\/p>\n<p>(a) Jumping jacks x 50<\/p>\n<p>(b) Mountain climbers x 25<\/p>\n<p>(c) Prisoner squats x 15<\/p>\n<p>(d) Push ups x 10<\/p>\n<p>(e) 100m sprint<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Rest 30-45 seconds<\/p>\n<p>Make sure your keep perfect form throughout the exercises. If you get fatigued and feel it&#8217;s getting sloppy, time out. You must take a break.<\/p>\n<p>Ok, let me know in the comments box below how you do with this one.
