A push up is simply a moving plank, so it goes without saying you need to rock at planking before you can dominate push-ups.<\/p>\n<p>But once you&#8217;ve got the moves down, there\u2019s no point trying to do a million reps. Do you really have time for that? Hell no.<\/p>\n<p>There\u2019s plenty of different ways to spice up the traditional push up, and you can use all kinds of equipment to make it fun and tricky.\u00a0But let\u2019s keep it simple. Today I have my top 6 push up variations that require NO equipment. One Legged Push Up<\/p>\n<p>2. Traveling Push Up<\/p>\n<p>3. T Push Up<\/p>\n<p>4. Diamond Push Up<\/p>\n<p>5. Spiderman Push Up<\/p>\n<p>6. Explosive Push Up<\/p>\n<p>Awesome, right?
