Let me warn you, this is INTENSE. That is, it&#8217;s not for wimps\u2026<\/p>\n<p>In this video, she will show you the correct form for the sit out exercise, and\u00a0explains her M2A method of training. Use a timing device to keep track of your work and rest breaks. Aim to do as many reps as possible, and try to squeeze out one more rep each round.<\/p>\n<p>A) Sit outs x 30s<\/p>\n<p>B) Plank reach x 30s<\/p>\n<p>C) Prisoner squat jumps x 30s<\/p>\n<p>D) Push up shoulder touch x 30s<\/p>\n<p>E) Prisoner reverse lunge x 30s<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Repeat 6 times<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> Don\u2019t be fooled by the 5 second rest. It&#8217;s not really a rest.
