Have you ever seen <b><i>this<\/i><\/b> in Vegas?<\/p>\n<p>Here\u2019s the 12 minute jump rope workout plan:<\/p>\n<p>A) Jump Rope x 30s<\/p>\n<p>B) Prisoner Reverse Lunge x 30s<\/p>\n<p>C) Jump Rope x 30s<\/p>\n<p>D) Triple Stop Push Up x 30s<\/p>\n<p>E) Jump Rope x 30s<\/p>\n<p>F) Plank (with alt leg raise) x 30s<\/p>\n<p>Repeat for 4 rounds<\/p>\n<p>This quick workout is the perfect replacement for long, boring cardio. And let\u2019s be honest, who really has time for that?<\/p>\n<p>But the best part\u2026 This is a 12-minute jump rope\/bodyweight circuit, so you only need your jump rope and you can do it anywhere (even in a casino in Vegas).<\/p>\n<p>Make sure you use a timing device (like the GymBoss or your iPhone to keep track of time.<\/p>\n<p>What do you think of the workout?
