(Actually, I thank her for it.)<\/p>\n<p><strong>It was easily the toughest workout I&#8217;ve done all year.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You see, this workout used one powerful exercise called the <b>Burpee <\/b>that can burn up to 62 calories in just 5 minutes. It sky rocketed my metabolism so high, I almost lost my Australian accent. <em><strong>&lt;= hilarious<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Shawna called it the <b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Renegade Burpee Count Up<\/span><\/b>. But I think it should be renamed the Renegade Burpee Throw Up&#8230; \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>All I did was ten rounds of burpee renegade row, clean and press movement.
