{"id":4912,"date":"2013-10-08T13:43:15","date_gmt":"2013-10-08T17:43:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fatlossaccelerators.com\/site\/?p=4912"},"modified":"2013-10-08T13:44:00","modified_gmt":"2013-10-08T17:44:00","slug":"5-dangerous-exercises","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/fatlossaccelerators.com\/site\/5-dangerous-exercises\/","title":{"rendered":"5 Dangerous Exercises"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Last Friday, I cancelled my gym membership.<\/p>\n<p>You may be wondering&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKate, why do you have a gym membership when you have<strong> free access to numerous private training studios, Central Park and just enough space in your apartment to workout?<\/strong>\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Let\u2019s just say I like to have options\u2026<\/p>\n<p>But I said good riddance to the fancy gym around the corner for one huge reason.<\/p>\n<p><strong>It was making me really angry.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Every time I trained, I\u2019d spot someone using horrible exercise form.
