Everything is <strong>always<\/strong> more fun when you invite an Aussie to the party&#8230; Wouldn&#8217;t you agree? \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>Today, I want to share with you my top 3 weird exercises for fat loss. It&#8217;s one I&#8217;ve been getting lots of emails about. Yes, it&#8217;s unusual. But it\u2019s fun. Bodyweight only. And trains your entire body in one awesome movement.<\/p>\n<p>If it&#8217;s your first time, go for 5-8 reps of each and work on getting your form solid. Seriously, it&#8217;s hard and you need practice.
