I\u2019ve made an appearance on Kate\u2019s blog <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a title=\"20 minute Challenge Fat Loss Workout\" href=\"http:\/\/fatlossaccelerators.com\/site\/challenge-fat-loss\/\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">here <\/span><\/a><\/span><\/strong>and <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a title=\"Burpee Challenge Workout (Bodyweight only)\" href=\"http:\/\/fatlossaccelerators.com\/site\/burpee-challenge-workout-bodyweight-only\/\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">here<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/strong> before. I know we have a lot in common. For one, since you\u2019re on Kate\u2019s blog, it\u2019s safe to say that we\u2019re both big Kate fans.<\/p>\n<p>Kate and I live miles apart, but we text every single day. We have each other\u2019s backs, on this particular day, the forces of evil were bearing down on us:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/fatlossaccelerators.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/sk-2.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[5185]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-thumbnail wp-image-5188\" alt=\"shawna k\" src=\"http:\/\/fatlossaccelerators.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/sk-2-146x150.jpg\" width=\"146\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019ll let you in on a secret about Kate and me: we\u2019re planning our <strong>world domination<\/strong>. We need to wipe out all the forces of evil that steer you sideways where your fitness and fat loss are concerned.<\/p>\n<p>Here we are in Miami formulating our plot:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/fatlossaccelerators.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/sk-3.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[5185]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-5189 aligncenter\" alt=\"kate vidulich\" src=\"http:\/\/fatlossaccelerators.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/sk-3.jpg\" width=\"203\" height=\"239\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><em>(world domination is serious business&#8230;)<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>And yes, we do take a break from time to time\u2026here we are at dinner battling with the evils of chocolate lava cake. The lava cake may claim a partial win, but it\u2019s not around to brag, so we\u2019ll just let that one go\u2026.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/fatlossaccelerators.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/sk-4.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[5185]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-thumbnail wp-image-5190\" alt=\"kate vidulich shawna kaminski\" src=\"http:\/\/fatlossaccelerators.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/sk-4-150x150.jpg\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Not only do Kate and I share a great friendship, but also we share a similar vision of helping you rid yourself of belly fat.<\/p>\n<p>Kate attacks it through her Fat Loss Accelerators, and today, I\u2019ll share a \u2018fun\u2019 plan on ridding your belly fat with one of my old friends: the burpee.<\/p>\n<p>Now you should know that I\u2019m \u2018old school\u2019 where training is concerned, mostly because I\u2019m \u2018old\u2019, in chronological age anyway. I turned 50 but can keep up with the likes of Kate, who\u2019s still wet around the ears.<\/p>\n<h1>Burpees&#8230;<\/h1>\n<p>Burpees can be your best friend when trying to kick your belly fat to the curb. I\u2019d also say it\u2019s a safe bet that burpees are a fantastic \u2018anti-aging\u2019 exercise too. You may hate burpees in the midst of the workout, but you\u2019re gonna love the results they give.<\/p>\n<p>This is a workout that you can do in 10 minutes, but trust me, finish up with a Fat Loss Accelerator and you\u2019ll be DONE.<\/p>\n<p>This is a &#8216;RIST&#8217; style workout. This means &#8216;reps in specific time&#8217;. The goal is to get 15 reps the first set and count down every set after. Each set is one minute long.<\/p>\n<p>You can follow along with me in the video or you can do this on your own.<\/p>\n<p>To spice things up, I&#8217;ve added a different burpee variation for each of the 10 sets. You can do my variation, do your own or just do regular burpees. For this workout, I did NOT do the push up on each burpee except for one set.<\/p>\n<p>Here are the variations I did for each set:<br \/>\n15. regular burpee<br \/>\n14. rev lunge burpee<br \/>\n13. burpee with push up<br \/>\n12. double jump burpee<br \/>\n11. mountain climber burpee (Duh! I forgot to do #11 in the video)<br \/>\n10. get up burpee<br \/>\n9. plank jack burpee<br \/>\n8. lateral lunge burpee<br \/>\n7. tuck jump burpee<br \/>\n6. RDL burpee<br \/>\n5. sit out burpee<\/p>\n<p>Now, I may have the body of a 30 something, but my mind played a trick on me during this video and counting proved to be a challenge. I don\u2019t really have anything against the number 11, but for some reason, I missed doing that set.
