All you need is a tiny amount of floor space\u2026<\/p>\n<div class=\"videoWrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"960\" height=\"540\" src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/KzCk3LGo3V4?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>Your Set Up:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Do 15 reps of each move, total of 4 Rounds, rest 15 seconds between each round.<\/p>\n<p>Here is a brief overview of the two Bodyweight Pilates moves in the videos above:<br \/>\nAb Cincher, Tricep Kick Left &amp; Right<\/p>\n<h3>Ab Cincher<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; Exhale chest lift up towards your thigh, place hands on the knees<br \/>\n&#8211; Bend both knees and bring them up to 90 degrees \u2013 tabletop position.<br \/>\n&#8211; Stay in a chest lift throughout the entire movement.<br \/>\n&#8211; Keep both legs lengthened and as straight as possible by tightening right above your kneecap.<br \/>\n&#8211; Melt the rib cage in and down towards the waistline.<br \/>\n&#8211; Do not let the legs come in further than the line of your hip.<\/p>\n<p>For modification purposes \u2013 Do not extend the legs out, keep them slightly bent and towards the chest. If there is any discomfort in the neck, keep the head down.<\/p>\n<h3>Tricep Dip Kick Left &amp; Right<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; Keep hands placed down directly under the shoulder, fingertips facing the body or place the fingers out to the side of the body.<br \/>\n&#8211; Keep hips up parallel to the floor, glutes engaged and knees firmly pressed together.<br \/>\n&#8211; Squeeze between shoulder blades.<br \/>\n&#8211; Upper back should be extended, do not let the shoulders come up towards the ears.<br \/>\n&#8211; Keep the chest opened at all times.<br \/>\n&#8211; Draw ribs towards each by pulling your stomach in not out.<\/p>\n<p>For modification purposes \u2013 Keep one knee down to the floor as you go through the movement, then switch sides.<\/p>\n<p>As you continue to practice your Pilates exercises you\u2019ll want to maintain control and form at all times for maximum benefit.<\/p>\n<p>Enjoy it!<\/p>\n<p>KV<\/p>\n<p>PS.
