Who\u2019d a thought applying liberal amounts of it would help with your fat loss?<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/challengeworkouts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/science-funny.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"156\" height=\"172\" \/><\/p>\n<p>There are a lot of misconceptions about fat loss out there. I should know, I\u2019ve been on the planet since the ice age and I\u2019ve seen it all\u2026Well, not really, but I\u2019ve been around the fitness biz for about 30 years so I\u2019ve seen a lot of things come and go and I know what works.<\/p>\n<p>Hey, I\u2019m Kate\u2019s Canadian friend, Shawna K. You\u2019ve seen me on this fabulous blog several times, <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a title=\"NEW 20 min DB Complex\" href=\"http:\/\/fatlossaccelerators.com\/site\/new-20-min-db-complex\/\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">here <\/span><\/a><\/span><\/strong>and <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a title=\"99 Burpee Take Away Challenge\" href=\"http:\/\/fatlossaccelerators.com\/site\/99-burpee-take-away-challenge\/\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">here<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/strong> for example.<\/p>\n<p>Now Kate is just a baby compared to me, chronologically speaking, but she\u2019s switched on where fitness and fat loss are concerned. We\u2019re both members of the \u2018fitness science-geek society\u2019 because we love to use science when creating programs to get results for our clients.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/kvidulich.1ruckus.hop.clickbank.net\/?id=cfl&amp;tid=blog\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">You can read about one of my scientific principles towards training here<\/span><\/a>.<\/span> (You\u2019ll also see a 51 year old\u2019s abs &#8211; I think you\u2019ll be pleasantly surprised).<\/p>\n<p>Like most folks, I\u2019m looking for an \u2018anti-aging\u2019 magic bullet and believe I\u2019ve found it. It\u2019s not a pill or potion, but it must be applied liberally to all areas of your body as if it were a lotion\u2026what is it?<\/p>\n<p>Good old fashioned SWEAT.<\/p>\n<p>Yep, doesn\u2019t sound too sexy does it? But like Kate says, it will give you \u2018sexy results\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019ve studied the science behind fat loss for many years and have come up with something I call <a href=\"http:\/\/kvidulich.1ruckus.hop.clickbank.net\/?id=cfl&amp;tid=blog\">M2A<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/kvidulich.1ruckus.hop.clickbank.net\/?id=cfl&amp;tid=blog\">M2A <\/a>will battle your bulge and will also keep you youthful.<\/p>\n<p>Most people think that as we age we have to accept a few certainties, one of which is an expanding waistline and lower performance or inability to train as we did in our youth.<\/p>\n<p>Bullsh*t \u2013 oops, I mean: that\u2019s CRAP.<\/p>\n<p>When training properly, you can have an amazing physique AND you can also match or even out perform your former self physically.<\/p>\n<p>Let\u2019s look at the four aspects of physiological aging and how my M2A training method addresses each one.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mechanical Aging <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mechanical components of our body include muscle, bones etc.<br \/>\nBad news: We can lose as much as 10% of muscle mass per decade after the age of 30.<br \/>\nThe answer? Resistance training.<br \/>\n*Resistance training is the cornerstone of <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/kvidulich.1ruckus.hop.clickbank.net\/?id=cfl&amp;tid=blog\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">M2A training.<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong> Metabolic Aging <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Metabolic functions control the breakdown of macronutrients to produce energy to move.<br \/>\nBad news: A reduced sensitivity to the neurotransmitters responsible for energy production is related to a 30-50% reduction in maximum heart rate between the ages of 25 and 85.<br \/>\nAs well, the ability to use oxygen to fuel physical activity can decline at a rate of 10% per decade after the age of 25.<br \/>\nThe answer? High-intensity anaerobic exercise with short rest intervals (30-60 seconds).<br \/>\n*HIIT is the second cornerstone of <a href=\"http:\/\/kvidulich.1ruckus.hop.clickbank.net\/?id=cfl&amp;tid=blog\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">M2A training<\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong> Neurological Aging <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In this case, let\u2019s concern ourselves with the neural activity that\u2019s going on in your head.<br \/>\nBad news: There\u2019s a direct link between sedentary lifestyles and the onset of memory loss or impaired cognitive function.<br \/>\nExercise helps with better brain function.
