Activate<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Do 10 reps of each exercise, with no rest between the moves for 3 rounds.<\/p>\n<p>1A) Single leg glute bridge<\/p>\n<p>1B) I-T-Y Complex<\/p>\n<p>1C) Crab Crawl with Alternating Reach<\/p>\n<h2><strong>2. Strengthen<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Do 8 reps of each exercise, resting for 15 seconds between the moves. Do 3 rounds total.<\/p>\n<p>2A) Negative Chin Up<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Rest 15s<\/p>\n<p>2B) Single Leg RDL to Curtsy Squat<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Rest 15s<\/p>\n<p>2C) Decline Push Up<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Rest 15s<\/p>\n<h2><strong>3. Fatigue<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Do 20 seconds each exercise, with 10 seconds rest.
