Rest as needed between exercises\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Beginner: 30 seconds work : 30 seconds rest<br \/>\nIntermediate: 45 seconds work : 15 seconds rest<br \/>\nElite: 60 seconds work : no rest<br \/>\nAt the end of the round, rest 30-90 seconds.<\/p>\n<p>Do 3 rounds for a full conditioning workout or 1 round at the end of your strength training (skip cardio and do this instead)<\/p>\n<p>Exercises:<\/p>\n<p>1- Bulgarian Split Squat (split time between legs)<br \/>\n2- Walk Out to Cross Body Mountain Climbers<br \/>\n3- Air Jump Rope<br \/>\n4- Single Leg RDL with Curtsy Squat (split time between legs)<br \/>\n5- Split Shuffle<br \/>\n6- Renegade Row<br \/>\n7- Burpees<\/p>\n<p>How did you go?
