It\u2019s all YOU.<\/p>\n
What people haven\u2019t seen are the months or years of hard work you\u2019ve put in\u2026<\/p>\n
They don\u2019t hear your 5am alarm blasting you out of bed so that you can fit in workouts\u2026<\/p>\n
They don\u2019t know you take extra time to go food shopping, read the labels, plan healthy meals and prepare them for the week\u2026<\/p>\n
They don\u2019t feel the frustration when you hit a plateau or a road block\u2026<\/p>\n
