Why?<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s zero impact on your joints and jacks up your heart rate.<\/p>\n<p>Even better, a Harvard study shows that an average 185lb person can burn 377 calories in 30 minute or about 12.5 calories per minute.<\/p>\n<p>Since you work your arms, legs and back it makes for an excellent today body workout!<\/p>\n<h1>#2: Kettlebell swings<\/h1>\n<p>This powerful exercise works every muscle on your backside, targeting your glutes. And the explosive motion will send your heart rate skyrocketing.<\/p>\n<p>According to research from the University of Wisconsin, you can burn 20.2 calories a minute during a 20 minute workout!<\/p>\n<p>Again, good technique is critical here. And whatever you do\u2026 <strong>do NOT throw the Kettlebell up over your head! Thank you.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h1>#3: Burpees<\/h1>\n<p>It\u2019s an oldie, but a goodie. This bodyweight exercise is designed to build your endurance\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Expect to burn 1.43 calories per burpee (for the average 180 pound person), so if you get 10 per minute, you\u2019re burning 14.3 calories per set.<\/p>\n<p>Research presented at the recent ACSM annual meeting shows that performing just 10 reps at a fast pace can boost your metabolism as much as a 30 second all out bike sprint.<\/p>\n<h1>#4: Vertical climbing<\/h1>\n<p>You already know the Versa Climber will instantly turn you into a fat burning machine\u2026 as I revealed in <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/fatlossaccelerators.com\/site\/?p=6547\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">this recent post.<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Go hard in your intervals and you\u2019ll burn 13 calories per minute. Boom!<\/p>\n<h1>#5: Ski Erg<\/h1>\n<p>This is another excellent machine! But you\u2019ll be lucky to find it in your regular gym. Basically, it\u2019s an upper body\/core exercise that is similar to cross country skiing\u2026 and will have you burning 12 calories per minute.<\/p>\n<p>It looks easy. But boy oh boy\u2026 get your sprint on and it\u2019s a killer!<\/p>\n<h1>#6: Jump rope<\/h1>\n<p>You can burn about 13 calories per minute if you do moderate intensity rope jumping, 100-120 jumps per minute (according to the Compendium of Physical Activities).<\/p>\n<p>The best part? You\u2019ll use more muscles than you would running, since it challenges your co-ordination and balance \u2013 especially if you add some tricky hand and foot drills!<\/p>\n<h1><a href=\"http:\/\/kvidulich.flakv.hop.clickbank.net\/?id=bc500hl&amp;tid=blog7ebcr\">#7: Bodyweight HIIT Intervals<\/a><\/h1>\n<p>Here\u2019s a 4 minute Tabata-style workout that burns more calories both during and after exercise. Participants in a study at Auburn University did 8 rounds of jump squats \u2013 20 seconds all out effort, followed by 10 seconds of rest \u2013 and burned 13.4 calories per minute.<\/p>\n<p>Even
