{"id":6594,"date":"2015-06-15T22:49:06","date_gmt":"2015-06-16T02:49:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fatlossaccelerators.com\/site\/?p=6594"},"modified":"2017-09-28T11:16:28","modified_gmt":"2017-09-28T15:16:28","slug":"4-awesome-arm-exercises","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/fatlossaccelerators.com\/site\/4-awesome-arm-exercises\/","title":{"rendered":"4 Awesome Arm Exercises"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>4 Awesome Arm Exercises<\/h1>\n<p>Yesterday at the gym, this dude thought it was OK to commit THE cardinal gym sin o\u2026<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8230;Doing barbell bicep curls in the squat rack.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Villainous fat-kidneyed varlot! \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>I often get folks asking me <em>\u201cKV, how to I get great arms like yours?\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>This might shock you but\u2026<\/p>\n<p>I haven\u2019t done a bicep curl or tricep extension in yonks. No kidding.<\/p>\n<p>Since the holidays are\u00a0right around the corner, now\u2019s the time to dial in our definition and get sculpted, strong arms.<\/p>\n<p>You don\u2019t have to spend hours at the gym, or even dedicate an entire workout day to arms to get sexy results.<\/p>\n<p>In fact, you don\u2019t even need a single dumbbell!<\/p>\n<p>Here are my top 4 bodyweight exercises to get amazing arms:<\/p>\n<h2>#1. The Push Up<\/h2>\n<p>This classic move is a treat for your entire upper body.<\/p>\n<p>Don\u2019t be fooled \u2013 you can train more than just your chest with this exercise.<br \/>\nYou try decline push ups. These are much harder than normal push ups, as you elevate your feet. You can start by raising one foot off the floor, or stacking your feet.<\/p>\n<p>Work your triceps by using a close grip position, hit your shoulders with a \u201chip-pike position\u201d or try a Spiderman push up to destroy your abs at the same time.<\/p>\n<p>These push up variations are NO joke!<\/p>\n<h2>#2. Chin Ups<\/h2>\n<p>This is one of my fave upper body moves. Again, while it doesn\u2019t directly target your arms, your biceps assist in the exercise. Feel it?<\/p>\n<p>You can change your grip to neutral grip or overgrip (aka pull ups) to hit different muscles.<\/p>\n<p>All round awesomeness right there\u2026<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-7904\" src=\"http:\/\/fatlossaccelerators.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/MG_1006-200x300.jpg\" alt=\"_MG_1006\" width=\"200\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"http:\/\/fatlossaccelerators.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/MG_1006-200x300.jpg 200w, http:\/\/fatlossaccelerators.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/MG_1006-682x1024.jpg 682w, http:\/\/fatlossaccelerators.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/MG_1006.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 200px) 100vw, 200px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>#3. Walkouts<\/h2>\n<p>Surely you knew this one would be on the list?<\/p>\n<p>This is my favorite total body conditioning move.<\/p>\n<p>There\u2019s so many variations of this exercise, I\u2019m sure we can find something you\u2019ll enjoy\u2026 \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<h2>#4. Inverted Bodyweight Rows<\/h2>\n<p>Try suspended rows (with TRX) or inverted on a bar\u2026 either way, this move is the perfect exercise to superset with a push up.<\/p>\n<p>The best thing about this exercise is you can modify it by changing the position of your feet. Step away from the anchor point to make it easier, and step closer to challenge yourself.<\/p>\n<p>Fancy a quick upper body pump?
