That easily makes this training method one of the most convenient ways to blast away body fat anywhere, anytime.<\/p>\n<p>Here we go\u2026 This workout is from Phase 1 of the intermediate\/advanced level. Of course, you want to do a quick dynamic warm up first.<\/p>\n<h2>20 Minute Bodyweight Workout<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Dynamic Warm Up<\/strong><br \/>\nDo each exercise in order for 30 seconds, with a 5 seconds transition. Do each exercise in order for 40 seconds, with a 10 seconds transition.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Workout Set #1: 3 rounds<\/strong><br \/>\n1A: Single leg walkouts (right leg)<br \/>\n1B: Single leg walkouts (left leg)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Workout Set #2: 3 rounds<\/strong><br \/>\n2A: Plank Tricep Extensions<br \/>\n2B: Sprinter Starts<\/p>\n<p><strong>Workout Set #3: 3 rounds<\/strong><br \/>\n3A: Bodyweight Reverse Flyes (hold for 3seconds at top)<br \/>\n3B: Y Squats<\/p>\n<p>But wait\u2026 there\u2019s more.<\/p>\n<p>Accelerator: 2 minute Superset Madness<br \/>\nDo as many rounds as possible in two minutes, resting only as necessary.
