You need a strategic plan, <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bodyweightcardio500.com\/\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">like this one.<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p>So don&#8217;t confine yourself to the treadmill or stationary bike.
