I used to hate Monday mornings\u2026 especially during the NYC Winters. After a weekend of fun\u2026sometimes too much fun\u2026 it was torture dragging myself out of bed at 4:37am on a Monday.<\/p>\n<p>But I\u2019ve recently had a major breakthrough and found peace with \u201cMondays\u201d. And I think it can really help you, too.<\/p>\n<p>Here\u2019s what I did\u2026<\/p>\n<p>I changed my morning routine.<\/p>\n<p>Sound simple, right?<\/p>\n<p>But it\u2019s so powerful\u2026 And I needed to make this change.<\/p>\n<p>So this is my new routine:<\/p>\n<p>5:37 am rise and shine\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Followed by a delish coffee, writing in my gratitude journal for 5-10 minutes, and a few simple bodyweight exercises to get the blood flowing\u2026<\/p>\n<p>It takes about 20-30 minutes, and it\u2019s hands down my favorite time of the day.<\/p>\n<p>NO email, no Internet, no Facebook, no distractions.<\/p>\n<p>So what\u2019s the point here?<\/p>\n<p>If you\u2019re not happy with your current situation, you need to take action and change.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;We are given a new day following each night so that we can choose to begin anew at ANY point in our lives. Change is a matter of CHOICE, not calendar.&#8221;<\/em> <strong>&#8211; Dan Kennedy<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It won\u2019t be easy in the beginning\u2026 However\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Just remember this\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Everyone goes through enormous struggles on the way to the top&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Every champion, every fat loss transformation, everyone that overcomes addiction, everyone that turns their life around.<\/p>\n<p>They ALL struggle.<\/p>\n<p>But those who succeed always persist and NEVER, ever give up on what is important to them.<\/p>\n<p>Those who succeed, PERSIST!<\/p>\n<p>And I believe in YOU.<\/p>\n<p>You are so close to a breakthrough.<\/p>\n<p>We go through long periods of doing the work with minimal results&#8230;and then there is the WHOOOOOOSH effect when the breakthrough occurs and we achieve incredible results in a short amount of time.<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019ve seen it happen with SO many of my clients\u2026<\/p>\n<p>But it only happens when you do the work, when you follow the plan and overcome obstacles\u2026<\/p>\n<p>\u2026and when you keep on pushing on.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Are you going to let a minor diet mishap ruin your entire week?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Heck NO!<\/p>\n<p>We fight on. We take action. We course correct.
