Most of my Accelerator workouts are designed to be added in to your current routine, to speed up results. Unless I\u2019ve specified it\u2019s a full program (my MRT programs are all stand alone).<\/p>\n<p>To get the best results, use my short bodyweight Accelerator workouts are what to do instead or cardio or intervals after your main workout \u2013 or for a stand alone on an off-day.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a title=\"How to Add Accelerators to Your Program\" href=\"http:\/\/fatlossaccelerators.com\/site\/how-to-add-accelerators-to-your-program\/\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">How To Add Accelerators To Your Program <\/span><\/a><\/span>&lt;= Blog Post<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>OK next\u2026<\/p>\n<p>QUESTION: <strong><em>\u201cI have a very bad knee. What can I do for conditioning? No running or bouncing, no burpees, no jumping lunges.\u201d<\/em> \u2013 A LOT of cool cats<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>KV: No dramas! Here are a few of my fave exercise substitutions for high impact moves like burpees\u2026<\/p>\n<p>* Do Walkouts instead of Burpees<\/p>\n<p>* Do Step Jacks instead of Jumping Jacks<\/p>\n<p>* Do Total Body Extension instead of Jump Squats<\/p>\n<p>And remember, it doesn\u2019t matter what shape you\u2019re in\u2026 any workout can be modified to your current fitness level!<\/p>\n<p>Alrighty, here\u2019s a good one from Jessie\u2026<\/p>\n<p>QUESTION: <strong><em>\u201cHow many negative chin ups should you be able to do before you safely do regular chin ups?\u201d<\/em> \u2013 Jessie<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>KV: Great question! If you can do 5 negative chin ups lowering yourself at a 5 second pace, or 10 negative chin ups at 3 second pace, you should be able to do 1 regular chin up.
