(gee, thanks for that Captain Obvious)&#8230; And that&#8217;s why you need a special workout plan!<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright  wp-image-7134\" src=\"http:\/\/fatlossaccelerators.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/hot-turkey-150x150.jpeg\" alt=\"hot turkey\" width=\"194\" height=\"194\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Would you rather slave away on a treadmill for hours just to possibly slow down your fat loss and do more damage to your metabolism?<\/p>\n<p>Or would you rather do proven, metabolism-boosting workouts like the one coming right up to burn up to one thousand calories?<\/p>\n<p>Exactly!<\/p>\n<p>Imagine eating all you want on\u00a0Thanksgiving Day (turkey and stuffing, sweet potato mash, and even 2 helpings of\u00a0pie) and knowing that you&#8217;re going to burn off all of those calories in just one short workout.<\/p>\n<p>Now, two quick things before we get cracking.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Thing #1:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The full workout is NOT for beginners. Sorry. If you&#8217;re a beginner, do the Dynamic Warm Up and Set #1 ONLY.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Thing #2:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please don&#8217;t go off and do this challenge every day. It&#8217;s only to be used as <strong>an Epic Workout on Thanksgiving<\/strong>, or Christmas, Easter or on SuperBowl Sunday.\u00a0Burning up to 1,000 calories is no easy feat. The exercises are simple, but it&#8217;s\u00a0TOUGH.<\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;ll get a good\u00a0challenge from this workout \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Alright, enough talk&#8230; it&#8217;s time for action!<\/p>\n<p>Are you ready to rock and roll? Finish off your favorite\u00a0caffeinated bevvie, get pumped and let&#8217;s do this&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Can\u00a0we get a drum roll please&#8230;?<\/p>\n<h2>2016 Accelerator Workout Challenge<\/h2>\n<h2><strong>Dynamic Warm Up<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>2 rounds \u2013 no rest between the exercises<\/p>\n<p>A: Run in Place x 30 seconds<\/p>\n<p>B: Squats x 30 seconds<\/p>\n<p>C: Crab Crawl with Alternating Reach\u00a0x 30 seconds<\/p>\n<p>D: Plank x 30 seconds<\/p>\n<p>Note: wondering what a \u201cCrab Crawl with Reach\u201d is? Check out this\u00a0video and I&#8217;ll show you how to do it&#8230;.<br \/>\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/VJcrm2x9sa4\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Set #1:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Do as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Do not rest between exercises<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; At the end of the circuit, rest for 30 seconds or more if necessary.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Count how many rounds you complete.<\/p>\n<p>1A: Push Ups x 10 reps (sub: wall push ups)<\/p>\n<p>1B: Prisoner Squats x 10 reps (hands interlocked behind head)<\/p>\n<p>1C: Jump rope x 200 reps (sub: air jump rope)<\/p>\n<p><strong>REST: 3 minutes then go to Set #2.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Set #2:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Do as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Do not rest between exercises<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Count how many rounds you complete.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; At the end of the circuit, rest for 30 seconds or more if necessary.<\/p>\n<p>2A: Reverse Lunge or Single Leg Squat x 15 each leg<\/p>\n<p>2B: Jump Squats or Total Body Extensions x 15 reps (sub: regular squats)<\/p>\n<p>2C: Bodyweight Rows \u00a0x 15 reps<\/p>\n<p>2D: Burpees or walkouts x 15 reps<\/p>\n<p><strong>REST: 3 minutes then go to Set #3.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Set #3:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Do as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Do not rest between exercises<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; At the end of the circuit, rest for 45 seconds or more if necessary.<\/p>\n<p>3A: Mountain climbers x 25 reps each side<\/p>\n<p>3B: Step Ups x 25 reps each leg<\/p>\n<p>3C: Jumping Jacks x 25 reps<\/p>\n<p><strong>REST: 3 minutes.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Move on to Set #4 ONLY if you&#8217;re super advanced and extra hungry.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Set #4: SPRINTS!<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Start your engines folks&#8230;it&#8217;s time to finish with a bang!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-4553\" src=\"http:\/\/fatlossaccelerators.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/IMG_3242-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"outdoor sprints\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"http:\/\/fatlossaccelerators.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/IMG_3242-300x225.jpg 300w, http:\/\/fatlossaccelerators.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/IMG_3242-1024x768.jpg 1024w, http:\/\/fatlossaccelerators.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/IMG_3242.jpg 1632w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>4A: Light jog\/bike for 5 minutes at 60% effort.<\/p>\n<p>Sprint Training. A Steep Hill or Running Track is Ideal. You could also do this on a bike.<\/p>\n<p>4B: Sprint for 20 seconds<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Rest for 40-60 seconds, or until you&#8217;re recovered to sprint again.
