Well\u2026 today I\u2019ll share with you 2 of my favorite go-to upper body exercises!<\/p>\n<p>Let\u2019s rock and roll\u2026<\/p>\n<h2>BEST ARM EXERCISE #1: Push Ups<\/h2>\n<p>The push up is one of the best ways to build strength (and definition) in your shoulders, arms, chest and back all at the same time. The reality is that if you have a great push up, you have a strong core!<\/p>\n<p>Some important things to note as you do the push up are:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Bend your elbows and lower yourself to within one inch of the floor or until your upper arms are even with your shoulder blades<br \/>\n&#8211; Keep your body in a straight line during the entire movement, abdominals tight. Push yourself back up and repeat<br \/>\n&#8211; Try not to let your hips drop or stick your butt in the air<br \/>\n&#8211; Keep your elbows in<\/p>\n<p>Do 3 rounds of 15-25 reps.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-7914\" src=\"http:\/\/fatlossaccelerators.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/MG_0816-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"_MG_0816\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"http:\/\/fatlossaccelerators.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/MG_0816-300x200.jpg 300w, http:\/\/fatlossaccelerators.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/MG_0816.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>BEST ARM EXERCISE #2: Chin Ups<\/h2>\n<p>I love this move for sculpting your entire upper body. Yes, it\u2019s tough \u2013 but you\u2019re hitting multiple muscle groups at the same time. That\u2019s why it so effective for toning your arms and back at the same time.<\/p>\n<p>Simply start by grabbing the bar with your palms facing you. (That way, you\u2019ll work your biceps at the same time.) Now pull yourself up over the bar. For best results remember to keep your glutes tight, your arms locked and squeeze your shoulder blades down and back.<\/p>\n<p>Best part is, you can change your grip to target different muscle groups in your upper body.<\/p>\n<p>Can\u2019t do a chin up? No dramas.
