It\u2019s Kate here\u2026<\/p>\n<p>In just a sec, I&#8217;ll give you a sneak peek of a workout from the <em><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/bodyweighthiitchallenge.com\/bodyweight-strength-vip-offer\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Bodyweight Strength Solution<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Now. I\u2019m really excited about this because it\u2019s the first time I\u2019ve released workouts designed to help people get strong &#8211; with JUST your bodyweight.<\/p>\n<p>I love it because it\u2019s safe, anyone can do it.<\/p>\n<p>Plus it&#8217;s easy on joints.<\/p>\n<p>No jumping, either.<\/p>\n<p>Anyway, enough chit chat\u2026 Let\u2019s workout!<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #353848;\">Quick Bodyweight Strength Workout<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Here the plan:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mobility Warm Up #1<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>(By the way, you\u2019ll get a FULL follow along video with me when you grab the full program&#8230;)<\/p>\n<p>DO 2 ROUNDS<\/p>\n<p>There is NO RUSH! I want you to focus on doing quality movements, ok. You can take rest breaks when you need to&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>(A) Crab Crawl with Alternating Reach x 60 seconds<\/p>\n<p>(B) Sumo Squat to Stand x 60 seconds<\/p>\n<p>(C) Reverse Lunge with Overhead Reach x 30 seconds each side (Sub: Hip Flexor Stretch)<\/p>\n<p>(D) Thoracic Rotation x 30 seconds each side<\/p>\n<p>(E) Cobra to Child&#8217;s Pose x 60 seconds<\/p>\n<p><strong>Workout Set #1: SQUATS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Do 3 rounds (I\u2019ll show you exactly the correct speeds in the HD Coaching Video)<\/p>\n<p>Move from one exercise to the next with no rest break if possible. Need a rest? No dramas.
