Wow. Awesome fun! Have you ever seen this in Vegas?

Here’s the 12 minute jump rope workout plan:

A) Jump Rope x 30s

B) Prisoner Reverse Lunge x 30s

C) Jump Rope x 30s

D) Triple Stop Push Up x 30s

E) Jump Rope x 30s

F) Plank (with alt leg raise) x 30s

Repeat for 4 rounds

This quick workout is the perfect replacement for long, boring cardio. And let’s be honest, who really has time for that?

But the best part… This is a 12-minute jump rope/bodyweight circuit, so you only need your jump rope and you can do it anywhere (even in a casino in Vegas).

Make sure you use a timing device (like the GymBoss or your iPhone to keep track of time.
