Mastering the push up is the secret to sexy arms, a defined upper body, and shoulder health. A push up is simply a moving plank, so it goes without saying you need to rock at planking before you can dominate push-ups.
But once you’ve got the moves down, there’s no point trying to do a million reps. Do you really have time for that? Hell no.
There’s plenty of different ways to spice up the traditional push up, and you can use all kinds of equipment to make it fun and tricky. But let’s keep it simple. Today I have my top 6 push up variations that require NO equipment. Bodyweight only.
If you can pump out solid sets of 15+ bodyweight push-ups, it’s time to step it up and make it awesome.
