3 quick things today…

But first, here’s a snippet from her transformation story that got me so pumped up!

“Before joining this coaching program I had joined a gym, but the classes were all an hour long and left me feeling unchallenged and like I just wasted an hour of my life. I definitely wasn’t gaining weight while going to the gym, but I also wasn’t seeing the change I wanted to see. The biggest challenge was doing my exercises. If I took a day or two off from working out, it was very hard for me to motivate myself. But seeing all the other ladies post about the exercises they were doing really got me ready to start working out again.”

And this was my favorite….

Yep, she beat her “violent cravings for candy”… (that’s her words!!)

And her stats were awesome… Lost 11lbs and melted 10.5 inches of fat off her body while seeing her abs come in thanks to her consistency (and enjoying 2 splurge meals every week).

But it’s not all about the number on the scale… Look at how her body transformed:

Was she perfect? No.

Plenty of days she reported falling off the wagon.

But you see, she decided to persist and take action – even though the situation wasn’t perfect… And it’s people like this who get results

Unfortunately, she’s mourning the recent passing of her husband. She had every reason to give a ton of excuses to NOT work towards her fitness and fat loss goals.

She was a busy mum working full time…

She was struggling with emotional eating…

Yet, she lost 18.6 lbs and 9% Body Fat OVER THE HOLIDAYS when everyone else was gaining weight.

Awesome change #1: We’re moving!

The group will be housed on Google Communities, so no more distractions on Facebook. It is VERY easy to use, plus it’s simple to search and find articles/info from past weeks.

Awesome change #2: LIVE Weekly Workout Show

I’m SUPER pumped about this!! Every week starting the week of Feb 23rd, we’ll have a LIVE Group Coaching hangout and workout together. (If you can’t make it, no worries. It will be recorded.)

On the weekly 60 minute LIVE call, we’ll do a workout, then talk recipes, wellness and motivation. Plus Q & A time and much more high energy awesomeness…

Awesome change #3: New Weekly Recipes

In addition to the meal plans, every week you’ll get brand new healthy recipes to try out. It will give you variety in your meals and help you stay on track!
