Last Friday, I cancelled my gym membership.

You may be wondering…

“Kate, why do you have a gym membership when you have free access to numerous private training studios, Central Park and just enough space in your apartment to workout?

Let’s just say I like to have options…

But I said good riddance to the fancy gym around the corner for one huge reason.

It was making me really angry.

Every time I trained, I’d spot someone using horrible exercise form. Not only a distraction, it quickly became irritating and downright dangerous.

Anyway, it’s pretty entertaining for a Monday morning.

They call him the angriest trainer in the world because he’s just like me, and can’t stand it when people do stupid stuff at the gym including dangerous exercises and horrible stretches.
