Boy oh boy, New York is frosty. Not just bit chilly (do you think I’m a wussy Aussie?), it’s so cold I now understand why bears and Canadians hibernate all Winter. The wind is brutal, my little paws and face freeze after two blocks. Good times… (insert sarcasm)

Saying that, I would have loved to stay in and “work from home” this past week, but I had a full schedule of clients who need my help. The show must go on folks!

Anyway, outdoor workouts have been out of the question and getting to the gym is a nightmare on busy days. So training at home it is. Listen, you can still fit in an awesome fat loss workout using your bodyweight. When the weather (or your schedule) gets scary, you just need to have a back up plan.

This is a bodyweight workout you can do at home. I tested this out on Sunday morning.

The coolest thing about this workout is it’s bodyweight plus one piece of equipment I recommend you pick up. It won’t take up too much space (hey if it fits in our Manhattan apartment, you have enough space).

The other awesome thing is you can enjoy a hot chocolate after your workout and feel less guilty about it… Keep that secret between you and I ;)
