“I want to tell as many people as possible that trusting Kate was one of the best decisions I have ever made.
Before I got the courage to reach out to Kate, I was working out regularly but I was never truly pushing myself. I was paying an online trainer monthly but would grab the lightest weights possible and slog through the follow-along sets or go for an hour long boring run. I wasn’t really “present” in my workouts and couldn’t find what motivated me. And, my diet was a mess. I had just started a demanding new job and was very new to working from home full time. It became so easy and habitual to just run downstairs to the snacks when things got tough, boring, or I just needed a break. My bottles of wine were starting to evaporate (I couldn’t be drinking it all!) and nothing fit. I was embarrassed by my body and hated looking at myself in the mirror and worst of all I started to dread another year of family vacation because there would be photos at the beach. In swimsuits.
Since the very first day I spoke with Kate I knew something was going to be different. I knew that I was going to have to stop with the excuses because Kate really put in the time to make sure she came up with a program that was all about me. She gave me tips and tricks to avoid the constant snacking and every time an obstacle (real or self-created) came up, she had a workable solution tailored to me. Work travel, no worries! A random pig-out, let’s move on! Kate had solutions for staying on track. And, I was never told to give up wine or things I love. Nor was I told to fast or starve for unreasonable amounts of time. We checked in regularly and talked about my week ahead to plan for dinners out, parties and things that might seem ripe for sabotage. Kate made sure I went into every situation with a way to keep my goal in mind yet still have fun and enjoy life.
After working closely with Kate for 12 weeks I am down 22 pounds and I can honestly say I look amazing. I have ABS!!! My clothes fit or are too big and I am so super proud of myself. I couldn’t or wouldn’t have done this without Kate – but I will warn that you must bring your best to the table or you will be missing out on all that Kate can offer. It WILL be hard work. Kate was there to cheer me along every single step of the way and it made a huge difference.
In short, Kate’s program works because it isn’t cookie cutter, it isn’t impractical and it isn’t super time-consuming because it’s all about you. Kate is different from “trainers” out there just pushing a product because she cares on an individual level and really wants this for you. Hi Kate i’ve watched your webinar presentation which really resonated with my i’ve just turned 56 (today) & i’m through the menopause now.I’ve been weight-training 3-3 times weekly with my husband & a male PT for around 2 years but feel like it’s improved some things but has definitely bulked my arms out somewhat, so we’ve recently asked for more cardio based sessions as we were both getting injuries with heavier weights & PBs at each session being pushed on us.
I have around 12 lbs to lose & really hope you can help me in this goal,
