Ready for a little motivation Monday action?

This might even be better than coffee…

Just kidding. Nothing is better than coffee! ;)

I’ll be honest. I used to hate Monday mornings… especially during the NYC Winters. After a weekend of fun…sometimes too much fun… it was torture dragging myself out of bed at 4:37am on a Monday.

But I’ve recently had a major breakthrough and found peace with “Mondays”. And I think it can really help you, too.

Here’s what I did…

I changed my morning routine.

Sound simple, right?

But it’s so powerful… And I needed to make this change.

So this is my new routine:

5:37 am rise and shine…

Followed by a delish coffee, writing in my gratitude journal for 5-10 minutes, and a few simple bodyweight exercises to get the blood flowing…

It takes about 20-30 minutes, and it’s hands down my favorite time of the day.

NO email, no Internet, no Facebook, no distractions.

So what’s the point here?

If you’re not happy with your current situation, you need to take action and change.

It won’t be easy in the beginning… However…

Just remember this…

Everyone goes through enormous struggles on the way to the top…

Every champion, every fat loss transformation, everyone that overcomes addiction, everyone that turns their life around.

They ALL struggle.

But those who succeed always persist and NEVER, ever give up on what is important to them.

Those who succeed, PERSIST!

And I believe in YOU.

You are so close to a breakthrough.

We go through long periods of doing the work with minimal results…and then there is the WHOOOOOOSH effect when the breakthrough occurs and we achieve incredible results in a short amount of time.

I’ve seen it happen with SO many of my clients…

But it only happens when you do the work, when you follow the plan and overcome obstacles…

…and when you keep on pushing on.

Are you going to let a minor diet mishap ruin your entire week?

Heck NO!

We fight on. We take action. We course correct. And we keep on rocking towards our goals.
