If you’re going to eat cake, I say you might as well eat the best. And this banana cupcake from Billy’s Bakery was SO good. It didn’t disappoint.
You know, it wasn’t gluten-free, fat-free, organic, sugar-free or vegan. In fact, it was full of sugar, fat, carbs and total deliciousness – and I loved every single bite.
Good thing I did this strategic Interval Accelerator at the end of my workout to get my metabolism cranking. Seriously, you will burn calories just thinking about it.

Interval Accelerator 10: Sure Beats Spinning
First, choose your level. I recommend intermediate or advanced, for those of you cool cats who have been doing Accelerators for at least a month.
Beginner: Work 30 seconds – Rest 30 seconds
Intermediate: Work 40 seconds – Rest 20 seconds
Advanced: Work 45 seconds – Rest 15 seconds
Elite: Work 50 seconds – Rest 10 seconds
Do as many reps as possible for each exercise for specified work period with good form. Rest and repeat for 1-2 more rounds.
A) KB swing
B) Push Ups
C) Pull Up/Inverted rows
D) Bulgarian Split Squat (split time between legs)
E) Jumping Jacks
F) Crab Crawls
G) Shuttle Sprints
That’s just one way to combine intervals and Accelerators.
