Did you watch the richest, most over hyped fight ever last Saturday night?

I may be one of the only peeps on planet earth who didn’t.

However… if you did watch, let me ask you this question…

Did you watch the fight because you were genuinely excited to see it or because you didn’t want to miss out?

Think about that for a second.

The reason I ask is because you need to give this some thought….

Are you creating the life YOU really want, or just cruising along and doing what everyone else suggests you “should” do?

Here’s the thing…

If you REALLY want get the body you say you want or change your life… yet you can’t find the time to workout or go shopping and prepare healthy foods…Then recognizing you are cheating yourself and just following the crowd is the most precious gift you can give yourself.

It’s the gift of Awareness.

Anytime you get stuck, ask yourself this question:

Am I doing this because I truly want to and genuinely enjoy the experience, or am I doing this to please people my own expense?”

If you’re really struggling right now, chances are it’s the later. And the sooner you recognize it… the faster you will break out of the funk and make progress.

What are YOUR priorities?

Is it your body? Your health? Your family?

It’s time to challenge the way you think, and figure out what is truly important to YOU.

If you already have the body of your dreams, live a full and balanced life that you are incredibly happy with every single day… then this is not for you.

But if you’re not there yet, and you have a goal to transform your body and your life… plus you know there are specific areas that need attention… it’s time to look inside and work on yourself first.

Make your health your #1 priority.

Take action today.

Keep it simple.

Doing a simple 20 minute bodyweight workout like this, and eating 3-5 servings of fresh veggies in a salad for lunch WILL make a difference.

Focus on one day at a time.
