In today’s video, we’re going to be talking about one sneaky trick that help you lose your belly fat, and everyone with a lean, athletic body knows it.

There’s lots of tricks out there. There’s lots of scams, lots of dodgy stuff going on. When it comes to fat loss, people think you have to train endless hours and do tons of cardio. Or you have to go on some ridiculous starvation diet out of a popular fitness magazine and basically starve yourself into a sexy body.

So, first of all I want to tell you that that’s all a big fat lie. But second, there’s one trick that’s going to help you accelerate your fat loss results; that one thing is the afterburn effect.

the Afterburn effect

If you don’t know what they afterburn effect is, let’s go through that quickly just so you can understand what it means.  So, the afterburn effect is, let me explain to you in simple terms. When you go to the gym or when you work out, there’s a period of post workout where your body is still functioning at high levels burning calories, your heart rate is up, your blood is pumping.

Your body has to work in order to get back to its resting state. That’s considered the afterburn period where your body still works in order to get back to resting state. Now, the amount of afterburn and the intensity of that afterburn depends on the intensity of your workout and how fit and strong you are.

For example, let’s say that you, on a regular basis, go out for a run.  You go the same steady pace.  Over time, your body is going to adapt to that exercise but there’s also going to be less of an afterburn effect. When you get back from training, your body is getting back to its regular normal functioning level much faster.  As you get fitter and stronger, your recovery improves.

It’s not necessarily that you’re going out and you feel like you’re running harder if you’re staying at a steady state. It’s when you stop that your recovery is faster.  That’s how you see that you’re improving and adapting to exercise. You’re not dying the second you get home. As you get fitter and stronger doing the same steady exercise, the afterburn effect decreases which is why it’s so important to increase intensity in order enhance your afterburn effect, and therefore accelerate your fat loss results.

You need to go and bring more intensity to your workout whether it be through interval training, Fat Loss Accelerators workouts or any kind of metabolic conditioning where you’re upping your intensity and you have shorter timed rest periods that over time accumulate. When you finish your total workout, your body is in a state of recovery and your afterburn effect is enhanced.

The cool thing about this is that each time you do these intervals, you can go higher which means you’re getting stronger, you’re getting faster and you’re always having a high afterburn effect, burning a ton of calories and continuing to improve and progress.

Another awesome thing about the afterburn effect is that you will then continue burning calories and boost your metabolism so that you continue to burn fat when you’re not actually working out. This means you can still eat, train and burn fat in the process. You don’t have to go on a starvation diet.

Eat Carbs Post Workout

Eat your carbohydrates in the post workout time period. This is the time when you will use the carbohydrates the fastest and not see the bad effects.  When you want to eat carbs, that’s a sneaky fat burners trick for you.  Have your carbohydrates post workout and enjoy them.  This is going to help your body to function better and you’ll be able to train harder.  That’s really what it comes down to.  You want to get stronger and you want to be able to perform better.  Feed yourself the right kind of food in order to function optimally.

That’s what it’s all about here at Fat Loss Accelerators. It’s really important to focus on just getting better, getting stronger, and getting faster.
