10 minute bodyweight workout challenge

In this video today, I have an awesome 10 minute bodyweight workout that you can try! It’s bodyweight ONLY, which always rocks.

But let me warn you now… while it’s simple – it’s not easy.

It’s way more fun than intervals on the dreadmill, and you can boost your metabolism and burn fat 24/7 by doing effective metabolic workouts like this.

This quick workout is the perfect replacement for long, boring cardio. And let’s be honest, who really has time for that?

Here’s the breakdown of the workout:
A) Walkouts to Push up x 3
B) Total Body Extensions x 6
C) Cross Body Mountain Climbers x 9
D) Jumping Jacks x 15

Continue with no rest between the exercises for as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes - with EXCELLENT form.
