It’s another travel day for lil ol’ KV today.

This time, it’s back to coolest gym in Lapeer, Michigan for an awesome TT Master Trainer event with Craig Ballantyne, Mikey Whitfield, Brian Kalakay and few other cool cats.

I’m sure it’s going to be a blast. Everything is always more fun when you invite an Aussie to the party… Wouldn’t you agree? ;)

Today, I want to share with you my top 3 weird exercises for fat loss. If you’re looking for something different, you’re going to love this so check it out now.

The first exercise is the Sprinting Walkout. It’s one I’ve been getting lots of emails about. Yes, it’s unusual. But it’s fun. Bodyweight only. And trains your entire body in one awesome movement.

If it’s your first time, go for 5-8 reps of each and work on getting your form solid. Seriously, it’s hard and you need practice. Take your time.

Once you have the technique down, you can add them to conditioning circuits to accelerate your results…
