Go through these 3 exercises for 2 reps each as many times as possible in 5 minutes. After your 5 minutes is up, rest 1 minute and repeat once more.

- 2 Total Body Extensions

- 2 Cross Body Mountain Climbers

- 2 Burpee/Punch Combos

This little circuit is very misleading. It looks very easy on paper, but it’s certainly not easy in real life! I was totally drenched in sweat from the workout (and the heat).
