As you can see, I have a weird 7 minute bodyweight workout that you can try today. It’s bodyweight ONLY, which always rocks. But let me warn you now, it’s a not easy. Keep it short and bring the intensity.

This quick workout is the perfect replacement for long, boring cardio. And let’s be honest, who really has time for that?

Here’s the breakdown of the workout:
A) Prisoner Squats x 45s
B) Prisoner Squat Isometric Hold x 15s
C) Jumping Jacks x 45s
D) Rest x 15s

- Repeat for 2 more rounds (total of 6 minutes)

Then to finish:

Cross body mountain climbers x 50
