This workout is definitely going to make you SWEAT. It’s perfect for people with no time for cardio and limited equipment and space. Plus, you can follow along and do the workout with me! How cool is that?!

Here’s the workout plan. It won’t take longer than 10 minutes.

Set your timer for 50 seconds work, with 10 seconds rest.

A) Jumping Jacks
B) Sprinting walkouts (right)
C) Sprinting walkouts (left)
D) Jump Squats (or TBX)
E) Crossover walks

- Repeat for 2 rounds
