Advanced Workout B

Perform exercises in the circuit with no rest, then break for 30 seconds.

1A: Side Plank with Star Raise x 10 each side
- No rest
1B: Hanging Knee Raises x 20 reps
- No rest
1C: Cross Spider Plank x 8 each leg
- Rest for 30 seconds at the end of the circuit and repeat 2 more times for
a total of 3 rounds
