You know this old school exercise rocks for fat loss. Even though it’s a tough one, you can burn over 12 calories per minute and train your entire body in like… 3 seconds (yes, it can feel more like 3 hours).

However, here’s the thing…

You might be thinking you’re too out of shape, or too old for burpees… And that’s hogswash!

If you’re able bodied and breathing, there is no reason you can’t do a variation of a Burpee. You just have to modify the exercise. After all… You don’t have to kill yourself.
