This morning, I’ll be leading over 100 elite TT trainers through bootcamp workouts with Craig Ballantyne and Mikey Whitfield.
We are going to rock out on the rooftop of the Hard Rock Hotel, where they host infamous Sunday afternoon parties. But no crazy parties for this kid. We’re focused on working out!
In this quick video, I unveil my NEW 4 minute bodyweight accelerator that I’ll be serving up to these awesome trainers. The energy will be off the charts!
Are you ready to take up the challenge and destroy stubborn fat?
It’s bodyweight ONLY, which always rocks. Plus, it will only take you 4 minutes. But let me warn you now, it’s a tough one. It’s for advanced folks only.
This one is so tough, you will be speaking with an Australian accent by the time you’re done.
Finish with a bang and add this accelerator to the end of your workout today. Forget boring intervals. This will knock your socks off.
In case you missed the plan, here’s a breakdown of the workout:
Rest only where indicated.
Walk out to X-body mountain climber x 45s
- Rest 15s
Alternating sprinter starts x 45s
- Rest 15s
Spiderman climbs x 45s
- Rest 15s
Burpees x 15
Whoa. Did you survive it? Let me know about your tale of survival in the comments box below.
Later this afternoon, I’ll be presenting at the TT Summit. Wish me luck. I find speaking with an accent always seems to help me win the crowd over.
Enjoy the accelerator!

I love this style of training & have been doing this style for a number of years. I just enjoy searching out new & enhancing dynamics for myself clients & friends.
Generally though a majority of the Gym PTs in QLD r way behind the 8 ball & find this 61 yr old somewhat eccentric & threatening, especially when I’m more ripped than them & blow them away
Thanks kindly from Grant who is a passionate Massage Injury therapist Body dynamics PT Wellness Coach & PE teacher. U keep up the quality plus work & r always experimenting utilising & searching with an open mid & heart.
Thanks Grant – keep on rocking it!

Keep up your awesome work Kate. I enjoy your dynamics along with the others you are closely associated with. I have purchased a number of the programs including Kris.s yoga flow & Sylvia’s pilate body flow programs.
I also add a few of my enhancing dynamics as well.
It will be great to meet up with you sometime in the near future.
As well I throughly agreed with your views & assessment of crossfit. In addition as a Massage Injury therapist I’m seeing a few weekend warriors who have been injured from crossfit training. Some are now training with me, gaining quality results & not getting injured.
Wishing you well from Grant in Nerang QLD Australia
Hey Grant – great to hear from you! Thanks for the feedback. While I wholeheartedly hope everyone stays safe, I think the injury rates from CrossFit training will increase in the coming years. it will be interesting to see what happens.
Keep up the awesome work and look forward to meeting you! Kate
