Let’s save you some time and start by saying who this program is NOT for.

This program is not for you if: you’re trying to get to 6% body fat or less, or you’re a bodybuilder. This is a more “conservative” approach so you won’t like it.

It’s for people who are busy during the week and don’t want suffer through a diet on the weekends when you deserve to relax and enjoy your favorite foods.

Here’s a very simple overview of how it works:
Monday to Thursday: Be good.
Friday to Sunday: Enjoy yourself!

PART 2: What Does it Include?

Tracking your progress is the most important part of the journey. That’s why I was pumped to see Mikey had included this. There’s a 6 point checklist inside to keep you accountable and it will only take 5 minutes. Boom!

Frankly, I hate detoxes! So I’ll admit I was concerned when I saw this bonus. However, this is NOT your typical detox. This is SAFE! While the first day is liquids only (in the form of smoothies and juices), you still get plenty of nutrients and will not be starving. Day 2-4 reintroduces healthy, detoxing whole foods.

PART 3: So… Why Should You Trust Mikey?

Ok so lets be clear. Mikey is one of my best buddies in the industry.

In fact, he lost 105 pounds…and he’s kept the weight off after nearly a decade while still enjoying himself. This says a lot considering that over 95% of people who lose weight gain it all back and more. Here’s Proof…

But in all honestly, I don’t let ANY trainers work with my clients until I get to know them. And Mikey? I would trust him with my mum. She loves pancakes too, so I’m sure they’d get on like a house on fire!

PART 4: What’s Wrong With This System?

You’re probably expecting me to write some fluffy BS answer to this question like… “Nothing is missing it’s the best thing ever blah blah blah.” Not true folks and I’m going against the grain here.

1) Intermittent Fasting

The program is heavy on Intermittent Fasting. Ranging from 16-24 hours most days of the week. While you need to approach this with an open mind… fasting is NOT for everyone. I get it.

This is nothing against Mikey whatsoever. In fact, he gives you a very detailed Plan B if you don’t like Intermittent Fasting. And the program will still work. But I just wanted to make sure you know that this system involves fasting.

2) No Workout Program

I was surprised to see there wasn’t a workout program in this system… But no worries, I decided to fix the problem myself!
