Yesterday was all about the ladies getting lean and strong, but today I have a cool treat that can help everyone accelerate fat loss results.

Earlier this year at a fitness conference, I met the awesome Forest Vance. He’s a kettlebell expert, and we got chatting about using forest vance kettlebell fat loss workoutKB’s for fat loss workouts and the most common beginner mistakes.

Even though I started incorporating kettlebells in my workouts a couple of years ago, I still learn from tutorial videos and tweak my technique on a regular basis. You see, the KB swing is not as easy as it looks.

Maybe you’re just getting started with kettlebells, and you want to learn how to use them properly to avoid injury.

Maybe you’re sore in places you know you shouldn’t be after a KB workout session.

Maybe you feel like you’re just not getting as much out of your kettlebell training as you know you should or could be.

The solution to these issues – and most that are related to learning the basics – starts with mastering the HardStyle Swing.  It’s the movement that all other movements are based upon in the HardStyle system, and it’s critical that you learn how to do it right from the get-go.

Click the link below to see a three-part “crash course” video series on the HardStyle swing from my mate and Certified Russian Kettlebell Instructor Forest Vance.  You’ll learn how to do the movement safely and effectively – and you’ll get a full body 30-minutes-or-less KB/BW workout to try once you’ve mastered the movement:

Have an awesome day,

PS – Whether you’re just learning to use kettlebells … or you’ve been training with them for a while, and you’re still trying to refine your form … I think this new video series (and sample KB/BW workout) will help you out.
