Equipment Options – Barbell
Choose a weight you can lift overhead for 10 repetitions. Perform each of the following in order with no rest, and without putting the weight down. At the end of the circuit, rest for 60 seconds. Repeat for 4 rounds:
A) Front squat to Push Press x 6
B) High pull x 6
C) Romanian Deadlift x 6
D) Barbell roll out x 6
