Back in my college days, as Spring was fast approaching, I decided to change up my training by adding 50 push ups and 100 sit ups every night before bed.
Crazy? Yes, I know. This didn’t last long. But it certainly helped my upper body definition.
Now I don’t recommend you do something silly like I did. You can build a defined upper body a more efficient way, without a bunch of fancy machines or heavy weights.
I’m back today with a follow-along, killer 4 minute upper body workout just for you.
Are you ready to press play and get started with me now?
This workout is definitely going to make you SWEAT (you’ll understand this reference when you watch the video).
If you don’t have a pull up bar in your apartment, you’re going to love this one!
It’s bodyweight ONLY so you just need a small space to workout. That’s right, NO equipment required. Oh, except for a hand towel. You have one lying around, right?
Your chest, arms and back should be burning by the end of this workout.
Warning: this workout is NOT for beginners. Yes, it’s intense. Make sure to keep your form tight as you get fatigued.
The Next Level
Since we hit the whole body in 4-6 minute video, now you can mix and match intense workouts to create a super, at-home Fat Loss Accelerator workout.
Whoa… Can you survive the whole enchilada?
Try this, in order for a 20 minute fat blasting treat:
Take 90 seconds to rest between circuits and there’s an insane, bodyweight only workout right there on a platter.
Now that’s what I’m talking about.
What do you think of this upper body workout? The new website? Can you handle the awesomeness?
Leave me a comment in the box below the video, share it with your friends and keep training hard.
Have an awesome day,
KV

Katie, The only say negative about this program is your pushups/pressups you could go lower. We always told our ROTC/UOTC Cadets to do as many correct form pushups and then go to a modified (knees down). I bought your Fat Loss Accelerator E-book and I love it!! MAJ Bill Gardner, US Army
Hey Bill! Thanks for your feedback. I really appreciate it. Yes, you’re totally right my push ups could definitely go lower! I’m working on it.
Keep up the great work! Kate
