I often get this question… “Kate, what exercises will get my arms looking awesome like yours?”

Well, I love the puzzled expressions I get when I reveal I NEVER do dumbbell curls, tricep extensions or other isolated exercises like that. So what’s the secret?

Bodyweight moves. My mate Tyler did me a huge favor. He created a short, 5 minute bodyweight arm workout JUST for you. Cool, huh? This guy rocks.

It may look simple, but trust me, it’s really tough. You arms will look awesome in return!

Here we go:

Do the following circuit for 3 rounds, resting only as necessary.

- 3 x pull up negatives

- 10 x diamond push ups

Whoa. Holy smokes. See, this will get your arms pumped in no time flat.
